What can I do?
There are five simple ways:
1. Get active each day
2. Choose water as a drink
3. Eat more fruit and vegetables
4. Switch off the TV or computer and get active
5. Eat fewer snacks and select healthier alternatives

Hello Iḿ Manuel G.Next to this i tell you of my answers for a halthy life.Mondays,wednesdays and fridays I go to the park to play football with my friends or talk with their, my second answer is do many many sports in especial tennis(padel) football or basketaball or handball,the third answer is eat healthy (salads,sometimes meat,vegetables and 5 fruits for a day) and the last one is don t be more of half past hour playing videogames
